Products are non-refundable, only under certain conditions:

• Store agrees to refund you as product not working due to store's mistake.
• Store failed to deliver an item in given timeframe.

We do not refund if the failure of the upgrade was your mistake, e.g. cancelling subscription or leaving the family.

If you are unhappy with the service, do not hesitate to contact us, we can always find a solution. We guarantee that you will have exact time of subscription/product as what you buy.
